Extremely well known and well respected throughout his field Dr. Harrian Weaver specializes in surgical procedures surrounding congenital maladies and deformities.  As well as long term care and preventative care.  His techniques and research over the hundred years has rapidly changed the field in favor of his patients odds of survival and helping them reach a life of normalcy. In his younger years, Harrian was part of a surgical team that dedicated their practice to performing corrective medicine and improving surgical procedures.  Through this group he and his peers eventually founded the United Surgeons and Doctors Council also known as USDC. Now in his later years he's downsized to a private practice in his home town of Sianna.   However will occasionally travel to meet with other doctors, patience or to present at conferences.

Features and Traits

Silent Speech | You can speak telepathically to any creature within 30 feet of you. The creature understands you only if the two of you share a language. You can speak telepathically in this way to one creature at a time.

Drow Magic | You know the Dancing Lights cantrip. When you reach 3rd level, you can cast the Faerie Fire spell once with this trait and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. When you reach 5th level, you can cast the Darkness spell once and regain the ability to do so when you finish a long rest. Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells.

Lucky | When you roll a 1 on an attack roll, ability check, or saving throw, you can reroll the die. You must use the new result, even if it is a 1.

Brave | You have advantage on saving throws against being frightened.

Sunlight Sensitivity | You have disadvantage on attack rolls and Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight when you, the target of the attack, or whatever you are trying to perceive is in direct sunlight.

Nimble | As a bonus action you may take the Dash Action. Additionally you may also gain Proficiency Bonus to acrobatic and athletic checks as you climb, scale or leap using the Nimble ability. You can move through the space of any creature that is of a size larger than yours.
