The second oldest member of the council after Mei Sang. He is in charge of Taskmanikus and producing woods and materials for the Empire and trade between other country's. Levi is trust heavily by those in his region who trade, sell and harvest these materials. He is credited for developing silk farms and techniques used to weave, color and enchant silk.
