Snakebone grass
Description:
The snake bone grass grows in the desert and its shape resembles dried snake bones. During the day, the grass has a burnt yellow color and looks like a dead plant half-buried in the sand. As the temperature falls during the nighttime or when water is available, it will turn green and flourish. Its juice has a slightly sweet taste and is a great source of sugar.
Frequently buried in yellow sand during the day, resembling dried snake bones, it emits a green light upon contact with water.
