The Night Watches

One Angelic Night, the sky becomes painted with Eyes staring back at anyone who looks. Regardless of where you are, the eyes stare at you. Nobody is able to capture them on photo or any other scientific readings… And it seems to only be seen by those inside the city that night. It's reported on, but the rest of the world seems to find the whole idea silly, the city already having an absurd, hard-to-believe reputation.
